My Story
I’m passionate about beer, and I love trying new things.
A few years ago, I went on a road trip with a buddy of mine. We stopped at a bar to get something to eat, and we noticed a beer on the menu that caught our attention. It was called Coffeehouse Porter. We both ordered it, and it was delicious!
We asked the bartender about it, and she told us that it was brewed locally. She said we could buy it in cans at the brewery and gave us directions.
Well, her directions were awful! And this was before you could google where you wanted to go, so we never found the brewery.
Since that Coffeehouse porter, I’ve been on a mission to find the best craft breweries, discover new places, and try different flavors.
I’m so glad you’re joining me on this journey!
A few fun facts about me:
- My favorite beer styles are porters and stouts, but I’ll never turn down a good cream ale.
- My least favorite beer styles are IPAs. I know I’m in the minority here. They are just too hoppy for me.
